BlackRock Global CRE Debt Fund

Luxembourg affiliates of the BlackRock Global CRE Debt Fund - C8 LP entered into a financing agreement with Morgan Stanley Bank NA, according to a regulatory filing.

Under a December 2025 agreement with Morgan Stanley, BlackRock Global CRE Investor L SARL is pledging both its equity stake and loans that it makes to a second Luxembourg partnership. The second partnership, BlackRock Global CRE C8 Investment HoldCo MS SARL, was incorporated in December.
